Is maX an AI coach?

No, maX does not conduct conversations independently and does not perform coaching on its own. However, it offers features like chat functionality that enable clients to engage with the tool between sessions, enhancing their reflection and continuity in the coaching process. The tool is designed to process textual transcripts of conversations between the coach and the client. The coaching process itself remains entirely the coach’s responsibility.

Is maX just a smart notebook?

OpenAI strictly regulates and safeguards the operation of its AI models and related data processing (OpenAI security compliances). Who has access to my data?

Does OpenAI have access to my conversations and analyses?

No. We use configurations that prevent large open AI systems from learning from your analyses and conversations. This ensures that your data remains fully protected.

Importantly, each client’s data remains private, meaning they cannot see each other’s conversations, ensuring a secure and personalized experience.

In what languages is maX available?

maX is available in English and Hungarian.

How long does it take for maX to generate an analysis from a recording?

For a 30-minute audio file, transcription and analysis take approximately 15 seconds, but in most cases, it takes less than a minute.
